RING PACK is en experienced manufacturer of end-of-line packaging machines. Since the first foundation of its predecessor – Liyang Automatic Packaging Machinery (Taiwan) in 1982, RING PACK has been focusing on the design, production and service of end-of-line packaging solutions. In 1999, we seeked business opportunities in mainland China since market demands back then were overwhelming there. In 2002, RING PACK was established in Shanghai. Years of development and growing up of the company have resulted in considerable progresses and respectable industrial achievements. In 2018, we have set up our new manufacturing plant with an area coverage of 18,000 square meters in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, and it has successfully put into production in August, 2020. The establishment of new manufacturing plant means that we are capable of competing in a global market and deliver higher quality products and better services to our customers all over the world, enabling them stand out from their competitors with our high efficiency end-of-line packaging equipment.

Currently, RING PACK can offer a wide range of end-of-line packaging machines including case erectors, case packers, case sealers, automatic palletizers and tray forming machines. As a serious end-of-line packaging equipment manufacturer, we believe that product quality and customer service are the two most important criteria to lasting success of our company. Over the years we have developed our production management system and continuously focus on the pre-sales and after-sales services in the field of packaging machines, with a firm commitment to enhancing the working efficiency of customers' packaging operations and quality of packaging products.

Procedures for accessing our services
Purchase quick-wear parts
  • Contact our staff responsible for the purchase of accessories;
  • Identify the part name, model and size;
  • Check our price list of the accessory you want to buy;
  • Quotation confirmed by buyer;
  • After payment, the parts will be sent out in 7-15 days. If the parts are not in stock, delivery will be suspended;
Solve machine failure
  • Shot a video;
  • According to the video, online guidance will be provided to solve the failure;
  • If online guidance cannot solve the problem, our professionals will be dispatched for on-site repairing. Service fees are determined by your company’s location and how many professionals have been sent;
  • If machine parts are damaged and need to be replaced, additional fees will be charged;
  • If your machine’s warranty has not expired, professional service fees and fees for replacing damaged parts (not caused by human factors) will be borne by us;
