An automatic packaging line has been provided to Toray Fibers. The packaging line integrates multiple functions, including case erecting, bottom sealing, case packing, labeling and palletizing. All its workers need to do is to form cases, seal case bottoms and load items into the case. The packaging line will automatically pin labels on cases after they have been erected. A software has also been provided to read data on the labels;

Weidendorf

Weidendorf

A packaging line has been provided to Weidendorf to help them milk carton boxes packaging. After forming outer cases, boxes of milk will be loaded into the cases. Later, holt-melt glue will be applied along the center seam and barcodes will be printed on boxes. All their workers need to do is to load cases on pallets.

Grace Vineyard

Grace Vineyard

Two packaging lines have been provided to form cases and pick bottles of wine into the cases. After that, cases will be sealed automatically.

Wuhan Pepsi-Cola

A packaging line has been provided to Wuhan Pepsi-Cola to help them load boxes of beverages into empty cartons. A robotic arm has been configured to deliver automatic performance. Given that the whole process is operator-free, labor costs have been drastically reduced.

A packaging line has been provided to form printed boxes and load dog crates into the boxes automatically. After that, hot-melt glue will be applied to seal the boxes.
